| Who Can Participate: |
In order to be eligible to participate in the study, a person must meet the following inclusion
criteria*
- Must have a primary diagnosis of histologically-confirmed carcinoma of the prostate
- Must have undergone organ preserving treatment (i.e. non-prostatectomy) as a result of the diagnosis of primary prostate cancer.
- Must have evidence of disease progression as manifested by positive biopsy revealing carcinoma of the prostate, imaging study-confirmed metastatic lesion related to the primary prostatic cancer, or rising/abnormal PSA in the absence of confirmed site of recurrence.
- Must be available for follow-up for the duration of the study
- At least 90 days must have elapsed since prior chemotherapy or radiation therapy prior to study screening event

The enrolling physician will ultimately determine whether one qualifies to participate in the study.
